General informations

This Website is intended exclusively for customers who intend to purchase products online for delivery in Italy.

It will not accept orders for Products to be delivered outside the Italian territory.

If the system allows for malfunctions orders outside the Italian territory, these will be canceled.

Order procedure

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old, be contactable by phone and have a valid e-mail address.

Prices

All product prices published on Naiadi Cosmetics and on sites connected to it are expressed in Euro and are inclusive of VAT. They do not include any taxes, duties and taxes applicable in the country of destination of the Products, where this is different from Italy, which will be charged to the Customer.

Naiadi Cosmetics reserves the right to change the price of the Products, at any time, without notice, it being understood that the price charged to the user will be that indicated on the Site at the time the order is placed and that any changes will not be taken into account ( increase or decrease) subsequent to the transmission of the same, except for increases imposed by law in relation to taxes, duties, duties and / or events beyond the control of Naiadi Cosmetics which lead to an increase in prices of more than 25% compared to the time of conclusion of the contract.

In the event that a Product is offered on the Site at a discounted price, the full reference price against which the discount is calculated and what this full reference price corresponds to will be indicated in the Product Sheet.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to the European Directive 2011/83, implemented in Italy with the Legislative Decree of 3 December 2013, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without incurring expenses.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised by the customer within 14 working days from receipt of the goods purchased. The customer will have to communicate to Naiadi Cosmetics the will to exercise this right.

In order to allow the Naiadi Cosmetics to allow the exercise of this right, the user must communicate:

- number and date of the invoice;

- description and quantity of the products to be returned (in the case of partial withdrawal);

- bank details to be used to arrange the transfer for the returned goods (except for other forms of accreditation).

The notice of withdrawal may be communicated electronically to the address info @naiadicosmetics.com

If the delivery of the purchased products has occurred, the user is required to send the same within 14 days of receipt to the address above.

The goods must be returned intact, unused, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packaging). The customer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the asset resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the asset and therefore not with due diligence.

The return costs are borne by Naiadi Cosmetics.

The refund will be made within 14 days from the date of express communication by the customer of the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Guarantee

All products marketed by Naiadi Cosmetics are covered by the legal guarantee of 24 months for lack of conformity, pursuant to art. 129) of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

By virtue of the legal guarantee, Naiadi Cosmetics , is liable to the consumer (natural person acting for purposes unrelated to business, industrial, commercial, craft or professional activities), for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the product, as required by art. 130 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 and within 24 months from the date of purchase.

To use the assistance, the Customer must keep the delivery note or the invoice that he will receive together with the purchased goods.

The customer can always download from the site Naiadi Cosmetics the receipts concerning your purchases, by accessing the reserved area.

Responsibility

In unforeseeable and completely involuntary cases attributable to force majeure such as eg. accidents, explosions, fires, riots, strikes and / or lockouts, earthquakes, floods, damage to computer systems, system failures, and other similar events, Naiadi Cosmetics assumes no responsibility for any impediments to fulfill, in whole or in part, its contractual obligations, nor will it be responsible for any damages, losses and / or costs deriving from the events listed above, since the consumer is only entitled to refund of the price paid Naiadi Cosmetics moreover, it is not responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use of credit cards, checks and other means of payment, since at no stage of the purchase procedure can it know the customer's credit card number.

In fact, these data are always transmitted directly to the Bank managing the service via a secure connection.

Except as required by law, Naiadi Cosmetics will not be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way relating to this contract or the use or inability to use the products, including, without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill business interruption, loss of profits, loss of data, and computer failure or malfunction, even if you are advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the theory on which this claim is based.

The Licensor's liability under this contract is limited to the replacement of the product affected by the damage or the return of the value paid by the buyer.
